I’m A Celebrity ‘s famous shower scenes risk getting axed this year as the show moves to the UK.
The ITV show is well-known for airing scenes of celebrities in their swimwear as they take a dip in the Australian jungle shower.
However, they face being cut as it was announced today the programme is moving to a castle in the UK.
With much colder temperatures, it is likely that celebs will want to shower inside – with it not known whether scenes would be shown anymore.
The average high-temperature, in November, in Sydney, Australia, is 23.6°C (74.5°F), while the average low-temperature is 15.7°C (60.3°F).
Meanwhile across the UK, November temperatures average a daily high of 10 degrees Celsius (50 degrees Fahrenheit) and a low of 4 °C (39 °F).

The location of the ruined castle has not yet been revealed.
Writing about the changes on Twitter, one fan questioned: “I dunno how they’re gonna substitute Kangaroo anus for the eating challenges, and will the dunny be a portaloo instead?
“You can’t forget the easy on the eye shower scenes as it’ll be too f**king cold!”
Another added: “I love I’m a Celeb but really can’t see it being the same in the UK … it’ll be freezing for a start! How will they shower etc?”
ITV has declined to comment to Daily Star Online about whether shower scenes will be axed.
Other fans joked about the switch-up too, with another fan writing: “If they needed to do this year’s series of ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ in the UK couldn’t they have found somewhere a bit more dangerous, challenging and full of interesting creatures for the celebs than a ruined castle? Like how about a busy Primark? I’d watch that.”

While another wrote: “I’m a Celebrity’ is being filmed in the UK this year. What are they doing for challenges? Eating hedgehog balls? Serving up pigeon anus? No, sorry. Not for me. #imaceleb #ITV”
Another chimed in: “Erm so the contestants will be wading through a pond full of Tesco trolleys and baby ducklings instead of snakes on this years I’m a Celebrity.”

Because of the coronavirus pandemic, border restrictions meant it would be impossible to bring the celebs and their loved ones to Australia, where the series is usually filmed – resulting in the UK move.
Both Ant McPartlin and Declan Donelley, who have presented the show for 20 years, will be returning as hosts for the 2020 series.
Like the regular series, celebrities will take on gruelling trials and fun-filled challenges to win food and treats in the lead up to one of them being crowned, for the first time ever, King or Queen of the Castle.
I’m A Celebrity 2020 is expected to air in November
