Dancing on Ice star James Jordan has given his fans an update on his father’s condition after he suffered a stroke last week.
Taking to social media yesterday, James, 41, shared a photo with his mum as they sat at his dad’s bedside in hospital.
He posted: “At hospital with my mum to see my dad watching me on Catchphrase.
“Dad is doing much better.”
James added: “Thank you for all your amazing messages and prayers.

“So much love in the world at this scary difficult time. I will be forever grateful.
“My dad is slowly getting better every day. Now we just need to find out what is wrong with his brain.”
James had shared the devastating news on social media on Friday, revealing that his dad is in a stable condition.
He posted: “Well that was the longest day of my life.

“Stayed with my dad until they told me I had to go which broke my heart to leave him alone.”
James recently became a father for the first time as his wife Ola Jordan gave birth to a baby girl last month.
The pair had gone through years of IVF struggles as they couldn’t conceive, but were thrilled to announce they were expecting.

Ola and James shared the happy news on their social media pages, proudly showing off a picture of their newborn daughter’s feet.
She wrote: “She’s here and she is perfect..”
James agreed: “I’m the happiest man in the world #Daddy.”
Ola also told HELLO: “Our lives are finally complete, we now have the family we’ve waited so long for!”
