Johnny Depp is said to have ‘drank bottle of vodka, bottle of Malbec, downed 10 ecstasy pills’ then drew a ‘fake dick’ on a painting before being rushed to hospital.
It’s the 57-year-old Hollywood actor’s third day at his libel trial against News Group Newspaper.
Depp is suing NGN over a story published in The Sun in 2018 which called him a “wife beater” – a claim which he denies.
Today, he was questioned about the damage to his rented house in Australia after his reported heated row with ex Amber Heard.
After a fierce argument, Depp admitted the house was left “wrecked”.
He said: “There are a number of times I said to Miss Heard ‘We are a crime scene waiting to happen’.”

The actor also said she did most of the damage to the house, but he accepted “all the blood in the house” was his.
One of his staff sent a message afterwards saying: “I have got a lot of blood off the floor. I scrubbed the paint off.”
The damage resulted in the floor being sanded to restore it. Depp’s blood found on two sofas and their $15,000 TV and a window was smashed.
One of Depp’s staff estimated the damage was up to $150,000.
Depp said that Ms Heard threw two vodka bottles at him, saying: “One whizzed past my head. The second smashed my finger off.”

He said she started the fight because she was “riled up” after meeting an attorney to discuss the post-nup agreement.
Ms Heard told a member of Depp’s staff he had “drunk a bottle of vodka, a bottle of Malbec and swallowed 10 Ecstasy tablets”.
Ms Wass alleged he “drew a fake dick on a painting of a woman and urinated inside the house before he was taken to hospital”.
Depp replied: “I don’t recall.”
He said two security guards were outside the front door throughout the argument.

In a text to Dr Kipper afterwards, Depp said Ms Heard was “as full of s*** as a Christmas goose” and branded her a “malicious, evil and vindictive c***”.
“She is so f***ing ambitious. That is probably why I was acquired mate,” he wrote.
Depp continued: “I cut the top of my middle finger off. What should I do except go to hospital?”
Ms Wass asked why Depp did not tell his doctor Miss Heard was responsible for his injury, with Depp replying: “I didn’t go into detail. It’s semantics.”
