Kane Brown Debuts Inspiring Single 'Worldwide Beautiful' Amid BLM Protests

Kane Brown has decided to release his new song early in hopes to ‘bring people together’ amid the nationwide protests against racial injustice in the United States.

AceShowbizKane Brown brought forward the release of his new single “Worldwide Beautiful” to “bring people together” amid ongoing protests against racial injustice worldwide.

The country music star took to Instagram to reveal he had been holding on to the song for a year, but decided to release it early in a bid to unite people during the continued unrest. “I’m hoping it will bring us together during this time and proceeds are being funded to the boys and girls club. I love you guys,” he wrote.

The song, which was written by the 26-year-old along with Shy Carter, Ryan Hurd, and Jordan Schmidt, urges fans to come together and celebrate life, with lyrics including, “White churches, black churches/ Different people, same hearses/ It’s kinda hard to fight with each other/ Laying down in the ground, six under.”

“At every show I see my people/ They ain’t the same, but they’re all equal/ One love, one God, one family,” the star sings.

Earlier this week, Brown weighed in on the killing of African-American man George Floyd at the hands of Minneapolis cops, lending his support to the Black Lives Matter movement.

“I honestly think it’s ignorant as hell to kill a human being in cold blood without them doing anything especially handcuffed,” he wrote on Twitter.

“If everyone was seen as people, if everyone was treated the same, if everyone was charged with the same sentence, this s**t wouldn’t be happening.”
