The 42-year-old, first uploaded a video from the hospital which showed her screaming in pain as doctors fitted her casts.
Katie can be seen wriggling in agony as the pain becomes to much for her and she cries out “argh, it f***ing hurts” while pleading with doctors to help.

While documenting to camera she revealed her swollen incarcerated toes, showing how they’d began to turn green.
It seems the mum-of-five had attempted to hurdle a wall and had misjudged her landing which later resulted in the painful trip to hospital.
Addressing her fans on her popular subscribed channel, she said: “I thought this is the time to let you know why I am like this.
“So silly me, at my age should learn to calm things down, basically it was a silly little accident, I was running, jumped over a wall and because it was a little short cut and I didn’t really judge the height, I sort of fell funny on my ankles and literally I’ve fracture the hairline in my heels and stuff.:

Speaking of how she’d refused treatment in Turkey, she said: “The hospital here wanted to operate, they wanted to put pins and stuff in but because I’m away I’d rather do it all when I get home.
“It’s the most painful thing ever, like ever. When they were trying to put the cast on I was screaming in pain.”
Revealing her lengthy recovery, she added: “They’ve said I won’t be able to walk for three to six months, it might be longer, they don’t know.
“But if you start to look at my toes they are starting to go green, so at the moment they are still raw, I’ve had no operation, they’ve literally just put them in a cast here. They feel so swollen and so sore.”

Having to come to terms with life without the use of both of her feet, she spoke about plans to adapt her way of life when she returns to the UK.
She continued: “And now my life has to change for the next few months because I can’t walk and I suppose at least my driving ban will go quicker, because eve if I had a car, I couldn’t drive it now anyway.
“So literally I’m trying to find a mobility scooter and a wheelchair that I can use, because literally I can’t even go on crutches because I can’t put any pressure on my feet.
“It’s something that I wouldn’t have chose to do but it’s happened and now I have to deal with it, so my life will have to change a bit now.
“Yes so I’ll have to move home, I can’t live like this on my own.”
