Katie Price’ s poorly son Harvey has reportedly been joking with hospital staff after being moved out of intensive care, according to friends close to the family.
The 18-year-old was rushed to hospital on Sunday with a temperature reaching 42 degrees and breathing problems.
Speaking in a social media video this evening, Harvey confirmed his condition had improved, as Katie urged him to thank fans for their support.
When Katie asked how he was feeling, he replied: “Better.”
Harvey, who has Prader-Willi syndrome and is partially blind and autistic, was tested for coronavirus but results came back negative.
Katie, 42, told fans last night that her son’s heath had improved after nearly a week in the hospital.
The reality star, who posed alongside Harvey for a picture on Instagram, penned: “Hey everyone update my @officialmrharveyprice baby boy , he has been incredibly strong and brave and this evening he has improved.

“I’m so happy , it’s been so difficult , I love him so much and want to thank you all again for your support and lovely messages , this picture I’ve taken today. Only one drip in and moved out of icu.”
In the snaps, Harvey could be seen wearing a hospital gown, with one image showing his proud mum affectionately kissing him on the forehead.
Sources told to Katie’s family have told The Sun that Harvey is in good spirits and is even “bantering” with the hospital staff who are looking after him.
The improvement in Harvey’s condition has come as a huge relief for Katie, who said earlier in the week that Harvey could have spent a long time in intensive care.

The former stripper penned: “Such a fighter.”
Love Island star Carl Woods, who is currently dating the glamour model, wrote: “Total warrior”.

It is the second time Harvey has needed hospital treatment in two weeks after he fell ill at Princess’s 13th birthday at her Surrey home.
