Kim Kardashian has left fans feeling “scared” after she shared a spooky coronavirus prediction written by an author back in 1981.
The 39-year-old reality TV star turned business mogul took to her official Twitter account to share the creepy extract from the book with her 63.9million followers.
Posting the print screen on her account, Kim wrote above it that her sister Kourtney Kardashian had just sent it to their family group chat.
It showed a picture of a page from psychic Sylvia Brown’s book from 2008, with a paragraph circulated in red pen which detailed an illness which was predicted to cause havoc in 2020 – much like the coronavirus.
The extract read: “In around 2020 a severe pneumonia-like illness will spread throughout the globe, attacking the lungs and the bronchial tubes and resisting all known treatments.

“Almost more baffling that the illness itself will be the fact that it will suddenly vanish as quickly as it arrived, attack again ten years later, and then disappear completely.”
Eagle-eyed fans rushed to the comments section to voice that the extract originally comes from Dean Koontz book The Eyes of Darkness which was publish back in 1981.
Kim’s fans rushed to tweet back, one tweeted in response to the extract: “Mum, can you pick me up? I’m scared.”

A second said: “I’m actually scared this is hella creepy.”
Another wrote: “Kimberly sweetie please you’re scaring the children.”
“Okay, now I’m s******g it ,” a fourth said.

This week the World Health Organisation dubbed the new strain of coronavirus, named COVID-19, a pandemic after it has spread to around 110 countries and the death toll continues to rise.
Kim is also taking extra care to avoid passing on the virus by swapping out handshakes for a more bizarre form of greeting.
Filming herself with her family doctor, they showed that from now on they will be tapping their shoes diagonally, like you would do when shaking hands.
