Liam Gallagher tells Noel he 'loves him long time' as he tries to end Oasis feud

Liam Gallagher has tried to put his infamous feud with his brother Noel.

The Oasis duo have been locking horns for over a decade, but it seems despite having some choice words for the star over the past few months Liam is ready to build bridges.

Taking to Instagram, Liam, 47, shared a cute publicly birthday message with Noel.

Posting to his millions of fans, Liam wrote: “Happy birthday Rkid have a good 1 love yo long time LG.”

He later added: “Isn’t LOVE a wonderful thing to give and receive celestial biblical LG x”

Noel is yet to publicly respond to the olive branch.

After one fan replied telling Liam the message was ‘very beautiful’ the legendary British rocker replied: “Beautiful is my middle name”.

Jumping on the apparent truce, a second supporter replied: “I feel that a brotherly reunion will happen.”

However, don’t expect to see an Oasis tour announced any time soon.

Last year Noel told Daily Star Online how he never thinks about a reunion and believes there would be no point as they achieved everything there is to achieve.

Speaking at the 2019 BMI Awards in London, Noel said: “There would have to be an extraordinary set of circumstances for that [an Oasis reunion] to happen.

“I’m not the kind of person who can forget what has been said and I won’t forget what has been said.

“Artistically it does make any sense and I don’t need the money.”

Admitting there was no singular thing that pushed Oasis to call it quits in 2010, the British music legend continued: “We broke up because of a lot of little things, it was the perfect storm of little things.

“Once it was done it was done.

“It was me and the other fella. I wouldn’t have got anywhere without him and he wouldn’t have got anywhere without me.”
