Lisa Appleton is back sharing her tips and tricks to ensure Daily Star Online readers’ sex lives stay hot and spicy.
Last week, the Big Brother beauty was advising a man whose fiancée wanted to continue a friendship with her ex-girlfriend, despite having cheated on him with her.
Lisa told the man not to be a “mug” and said he needs to tell his wife-to-be to cut off all communication with her.
This week, Lisa is helping someone who prefers masturbating over having sex with her boyfriend, and she doesn’t want it to ruin their relationship.
‘I prefer solo sex to sleeping with my boyfriend’
Dear Lisa,
I’ve been with my boyfriend for three months and it’s my first proper relationship and first person I’ve ever slept with.
We were both added to this WhatsApp group for freshers joining our uni this year.
We got to messaging privately after realising we lived in the villages next to each as well as being set to attend uni together.
We also had both decided to take two years out before attending uni, meaning we’re both a bit older at 20 years old- so it really did feel like fate.
We quickly became boyfriend and girlfriend and started having sex once lockdown restrictions eased a bit. I’d never slept with anyone before and neither had he. While the sex is good, it doesn’t satisfy me as much as masturbation does.
I just don’t get the same excitement from it. He’s very generous in that domain but it just feels a bit awkward.
I really think this relationship has the potential to go places so I don’t want this to become an issue, but how do I tell him without hurting his feelings?
Thanks

Lisa says:
Well, it’s perfectly normal to masturbate and it’s healthy and it’s important.
It’s a very personal thing and something that probably really relaxes you.
And all of a sudden you’re in your first sexual relationship, and you’re not preferring your boyfriend touching you – we’ve all been there.
It’s your first boyfriend and so you’re probably tensing up a bit and you’re finding it difficult to let yourself go.
But at the end of the day, being with your partner, is just going to enhance all those feelings and satisfaction.
I would just say to your boyfriend you feel quite shy about letting yourself go and just take your time but just enjoy it.
Because once you relax and let yourself go, you’re going to climax together and have the most amazing sex.
