The stunning actress took to Instagram to upload a clip of her working out in her sprawling garden.
Stripping down to a skimpy pink bikini, Liz, 54, proudly showed off her age-defying body as she basked in the summer sun.
Oozing sex appeal and confidence, the starlet showed off her flexibility as she worked out.
Clutching two pink weights, Liz raised her hands up and down before stretching to the side,

Gazing down the camera, Liz told fans: “Every day, try and do a few arm exercises.”
She completed her look by letting her long dark locks fall freely behind her shoulders.
Plugging her own swimwear range, Liz captioned the shot: “#lockdown #eveningsun #birdsong @elizabethhurleybeach #kashmirbikini.”

Liz is currently isolating in the Cotswolds with her son mum Angela, her aunt and her son Damian.
Taking to social media to open up about living with high risk family members, Liz wrote: ‘In these scary times I feel incredibly lucky to live in the countryside and have lots of outside space.
“As well as my son, I have seven other people living with me including my 79 year old mother and her sister- also in her late 70’s- and one of my best friends who is in the highest risk group with severe respiratory problems.
“Keeping everyone as safe as possible (and fed) is a full time job.
“We all are full of the highest admiration for our wonderful NHS staff and are doing everything we can to not add to their burden.”
