Loose Women's Nadia Sawalha shares red hot throwback pic in teeny crop top

Loose Women’s Nadia Sawalha took a trip down memory lane this week, as she weighed in on the “workout Wednesday” hashtag.

The 55-year-old beauty shared a picture of herself in a crop top and low-rise leggings, dating back to 2014.

In the sun-kissed snap, the mum-of-two posed with her hands on her hips, her toned midriff front and centre.

Smiling into the camera, she appeared chuffed to have completed a morning workout in the sunshine.

In her caption, Nadia got real with her followers about fitness, venting her frustrations over a recent lack of motivation when it comes to exercise.

She said: “From 2014… In the good old days when I worked out regularly and ate well I looked amazing and felt so strong!

“The only problem is I love eating and sitting around on my plumptious a**e so much I seem to keep missing #workoutwednesday!”

Reaching out to her followers, she added: “I annoy myself! Anyone else finding it hard to get up off their a**e?!”
