Love Island winners Paige Turley and Finn Tapp were on today’s Lorraine chatting to presenter Christine Lampard.
Paige, 22, was speaking about her brand new single, a cover of Artful Dodger classic Movin’ Too Fast.
Her smitten boyfriend was singing praises about his girlfriend, saying he was proud of her for the incredible song, but things turned awkward when talk turned to Paige’s ex.
Christine asked Paige about her famous former boyfriend Lewis Capaldi, saying: “I hate to bring up exes but now you’re both in the music business, have you spoken to Lewis Capaldi?”
Paige confirmed she hadn’t spoken to Lewis recently, only briefly after she won Love Island.

She said: “No, after Love Island we exchanged texts, I congratulated him on the brits and he congratulated me on winning…”
After a cringeworthy second of silence, Christine said: “It’s all about Paige and Finn.”
Fans spotted the mention of Paige’s ex, with some saying it was awkward due to the fact her boyfriend Finn was sat right next to her.

One said: “Why would Christine ask someone on live TV if they have spoken to their ex whilst their boyfriend is sitting next to them?!!!
“I mean Honestly!”
While another remarked: “Lewis Capaldi klaxon.”
Paige appeared on Britain’s Got Talent back in 2012, when she was just 14 years old.
Singing has always been her passion, and she remarked she’s thrilled to be able to share her music with her fans after Love Island.

She revealed recently that she once sang with Lewis Capaldi years ago when they date.
Paige told Daily Star: “We performed in college together.”
“I’m not sure how he would feel about getting involved with a dance track”, she added.
