Comedian Iain Stirling has almost lost two stone since the beginning of the coronavirus lockdown in March this year.
The 32-year-old Love Island voiceover opened up about his weight loss on Vicky Pattison: The Secret To.. podcast recently.
He told Vicky and her listeners that cutting back on alcohol has helped him shed the pounds.
Iain said: “I have lost one stone and nine pounds. I was 15st 9 last time I weighed myself, which was a while ago when I was on tour.
“Now I am 14 stone dead.”
“It’s because I’ve not got access to draft lager,” he joked.

“I can’t go to a pub. I’ve built one in my garden now but I didn’t have any pubs I could go to.”
Iain gave his adoring fans a sneak peek at his pub earlier this month.
He built the cosy watering hole, which he has named The Snug, in the back garden of his and girlfriend Laura Whitmore’s home in London.
Love Island host Laura, 35, took to Instagram earlier this month to share a snapshot of herself enjoying drinks with Iain and a small group of friends.

ITV star Iain took the snap, which showed their pals giving the thumbs up as they sat by the bar, which included a Guinness tap, glasses and a bottle of liquor.
Captioning the image, Laura penned: “Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name and they’re always glad you came… The Snug EST 2020.”
Iain went on to tell Geordie Shore’s Vicky, 32, that his weight loss was unintentional and has shown him how “unhealthy” his lifestyle was before the pandemic.

He continued: “I have not done anything healthy. It just shows you how dangerously unhealthy my lifestyle was before I went into lockdown.
“Laura’s general health levels have gone down and mine have gone up. She was quite healthy before lockdown and I was really bad.
“Especially with gigging you go to places where there is just beer available.
“I would always have a couple and you are on the road so it’s take away food and service stations.”
The Celebrity Gogglebox star added: “So being at home I have cooked more. For Soccer Aid I started to do a bit of training but not anything mad.”
Iain recently took part in charity football game Soccer Aid and competed on the Rest of the World team alongside footballer Robbie Keane, Love Island’s Kem Cetinay, I’m A Celeb hunk Roman Kemp and fellow comedian Jason Manford.
The annual sporting event was held at Old Trafford, months later than originally planned due to the pandemic.
It raised £11,552,577 throughout the match, making it the most successful Soccer Aid so far.
