Love Island's Sophie Piper sparks debate with topless Black Lives Matter post

Love Island ‘s Sophie Piper has sparked debate over her Black Lives Matter post.

Rochelle Humes’ sister, who was on this year’s Winter Love Island series, took to Instagram to share her message.

The 21-year-old was seen posing topless as she posted a messaged to her 808,000 followers.

Captioning the post, Sophie wrote: “My skin is brown but underneath it we all bleed red. This isn’t about white vs black, this is about how the system is unjust. #blacklivesmatter.”

Despite racking up 69,000 likes, some didn’t understand why Sophie had stripped off for the post.

Meanwhile others weren’t that impressed with her message either.

One asked online: “Why she have to get naked to say the message.”

While another added: “Was this picture needed? Attention seeking at it’s finest.”

A third chimed in: “She basically said all lives matter but in a roundabout way.”
