MasterChef judge Gregg Wallace has revealed he’s reached his goal weight after an impressive weight-loss transformation.
The 55-year-old star of the BBC cooking show has kept fans in the loop about his fitness journey, and he took to his Instagram early this morning to tell his followers he’d lost an impressive four stone.
John Torode’s co-star is continuing his health and fitness regime during the coronavirus lockdown at his luxury Kent farmhouse.
He told his 51.9k followers on his social media page about his incredible journey to his fitness goal in an online video.
Gregg said in the clip he posted to his story: “Good morning it’s 6am, I’m going to do some exercising.
“I’ve hit my goal weight, I’m now just below 12 stone which means I’ve lost four stone… right bit of exercise and then plan the day. Listen have a good one.”

Gregg has been updated his followers during the Covid-19 pandemic with his fitness routine and meals.
He demonstrated an exercise on his Instagram story this morning, saying: “Right morning look these are called ski sits. You sit with your back against the wall. 90 degree angle with your legs and hold it for 15 secs…”
Gregg has been fighting fit since he began getting into shape in recent years and has credited his new lean physique to a simple change in his diet and exercise.

The television personality put his weight loss down to a combination of cutting down on fatty, sugary foods and “retraining his tastebuds” in order to enjoy healthier meals.
Speaking previously to The Sun, he spoke about how he gradually reduced his intake of alcohol and takeaways, then turned to homemade versions of his favourite treats as a healthy alternative.

He said: “I reduced the booze, I’ve had to give up fry ups and I exercise more. When I was at my biggest I was having a daily fry-up, fish and chips once per week.”
Gregg continued: “I’m a huge fan of curries, chillies and stews and it is still possible to lose weight and eat hearty meals.
“Think about cooking with meats such as chicken and pork. All the things that don’t have much fat.
“Use lean mince to make chillies, fill up with tasty stews stuffed full of healthy, low-calorie veg.”
