Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been living outside of the royal glare for just over a week now, after becoming financially-independent from the royal family.
The duo, who originally relocated to Canada with baby son Archie, are now in lockdown in Hollywood, California in the US.
But it appears that despite moving miles away, they can’t catch a break when it comes to Brit TV host, Piers Morgan, 55.
Piers made a not so passive-aggressive dig on a clip of Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge after they dialled into Casterton Primary Academy to talk with teachers and students to lift spirits amid the coronavirus crisis.
Underneath the clip, which was shared on the Kensington Palace Instagram page, Piers wrote: “Love this. Interesting how William & Kate’s LACK of Hollywood-style celebrity glitz, down-to-earth attitude, & commitment to duty, have become such impressive attributes in a time of national crisis.”
It was recently reported that Meghan, 38, was looking to veteran Hollywood actress and humanitarian Angelina Jolie, 44, for support, now that she’s living in Tinseltown.

Australian news outlet New Idea reported that Meghan has looked up to Ange for years.
A source alleged to the publication: “It’s an open secret Meghan’s aspired to be like Ange for many years, just like she’s so in awe of Princess Diana.
“Meghan has so much respect for Ange and everything she’s achieved on a personal level as well as professionally.”
The insider reportedly continued: “Her work for good causes and the UN speaks for itself, but Meghan marvels at how Angelina’s managed to balance this with a thriving box office career and raising six kids.”
Angelina and Meghan are reported to have met a handful of times in the past, and are said to have a “mutual respect” for each other and share an “intellectual connection”.
