After taking part in a stretching session at home, the Radio 2 host kicked back on her living room sofa and showed off the fruits of her gruelling workout routine in a skimpy activewear get-up.
Urging people to stay active while gyms remain shut due to Covid-19, the 49-year-old laid herself bare in the sizzling shot as she decided against wearing make-up.
Displaying her glowing complexion and youthful looks, Melanie slipped her killer curves in an eye-catching sports bra with a scooped neckline.

Proving she’s an ageless beauty, Melanie flashed her pearly whites and she enjoyed a good rest after her arduous routine.
She wrote: “Good morning my yogi friends. It’s the International day of yoga today and to commemorate I’m heading to the mat.
“The day is to spread the importance and effects of yoga on our health hence my post.
“I’ve only been doing yoga proper for a couple of years and it’s been a wonderful addition to my life on many levels.
She received an outpouring of compliments from Instagram users, with one chiming in: “You look glorious.”
