Made in Chelsea star Louise Thompson recently left fans gobsmacked with her new body transformation after taking on a 90-day health and fitness challenge.
But the reality TV babe, 30, has been forced to prove that she’d transformed her shape after she was accused of editing her snaps by her followers.
Taking to Instagram Stories on Friday, Louise shared an email that accused her of posting “clearly (and poorly) edited progression picture) that “portrayed unachievable results”.
The TV personality furiously hit back and penned: “It’s such a shame…
“But there are always gonna be some haters who couldn’t possibly bring themselves to say anything nice about someone’s progress.”
Louise continued: “It’s inevitable that if you put yourself out there, you will get some negativity back, even if they’re WRONG!
“Gotta grow a tough skin. Imagine emailing that directly to someone’s email? I feel like I’ve read something I shouldn’t have.”
She went on to lament that she thought she could “trust” her followers to believe her, and explained that receiving a negative comments can damage self-esteem.
Louise went on to share a series of snaps of herself wearing a black sports bra and matching tiny thong to show off her transformation is the real deal.
On Wednesday, Louise proudly unveiled her new ‘muscle bod’, as she likened herself to Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The brunette beauty posed in her underwear for a before and after shot as she wrote: ‘Physically strong. Mentally even BEEFIER!’
She penned: ‘My mission when I started the 90 day challenge at the beginning of 2020 was to get stronger and by George did I achieve that.
‘I don’t know why, but I can’t stop laughing when I look at these pictures – I think it’s because I have REALLY piled on the muscle… I look like freaking Arnold Schwarzenegger.

“Ryan [Libbey] hasn’t taken pictures of my bod and I haven’t seen angles like these in weeks (I didn’t want to be insensitive and post weekly body progress shots during this strange time), but now that the challenge has come to an end I wanted to take photos for my review.”
Louise went on to reveal why she decided to share her transformation pictures.
The TV babe penned: ‘1. I am genuinely proud that I stuck to it (and I even built a butt along the way)
‘2. It might motivate others. I know that when I look at my fellow LLL challenge goers progress photos and when I read their comments/reviews.
“I get a surge of motivation which makes me want to be more active, so that that might work for you too?”
