Mrs Hinch has opened up to her fans about her scars as a result of her impressive weight-loss.
The 30-year-old social media star, whose full name is Sophie Hinchliffe, shared a selfie on her Instagram page which showed off her arm scar.
Sophie underwent a £6,000 gastric band operation, helping her achieve her staggering eight stone weight-loss.
However, the internet cleaning guru was left with excess skin which she had removed, leaving her with the scarring.
Mrs Hinch posted on her Instagram page, sharing some snaps with her 3.6m followers, flaunting her pretty floral dress.
She admitted she liked the gown because it covered up her arms.

Sophie typed: “In all honesty, I also like this dress because it also covers my arms.
“Lots of you already know about this because it’s written in my first book but I had surgery on my arms once so I, of course, have been left with scarring but this dress makes me feel like my arms are covered.”
The social media personality then zoomed in on her scar and said she was showing it to her followers for a reason.

She said: “Maybe this is a strange picture but… THIS IS ME and I think it’s so important for people to remember that everyone has their own story to tell.
“We are all special in our own way.”
Two years after she had the operation, Sophie’s gastric band slipped and left her in agony as it became wedged in her oesophagus.

Surgeons removed the band in an emergency operation, and although it remains inside her, it no longer functions.
She told the Daily Mail: “The surgery works for some people. But for me, if I had known the complications and risks, I wouldn’t have done it.”
