David Bowie has been given the title of Best Glastonbury headliner of all time this week after the BBC finally aired his headline set in full for the first time.
The Life On Mars singer, who died in 2016 aged 69, headlined Glastonbury Festival in 2000 on the Sunday after The Chemical Brothers and Travis headlined on Friday and Saturday retrospectively.
Bowie beat off stiff competition from Coldplay, Rolling Stones, Adele and legendary feuding Gallagher brothers Oasis.
According to new research by Uber Eats to celebrate the launch of the Festival Favourites menu on their app, Bowie topped the list of the Best 25 Glastonbury headliners of all time while rockers The Smiths closed off the list at number 25.

Interestingly, despite dominating the charts of the last decade, neither Kanye West nor Jay Z managed to break the top 20.
Kanye came in at number 22 with Jay Z limping his behind him at number 23.
However, fellow rapper Stormzy fared better by narrowly missing out on the top 10 at number 12.

The year’s British festival season has been cancelled due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
In a double blow, this year’s Glastonbury festival was set to be bigger than ever to celebrate the weekend’s 50th anniversary.
According to the data, 44% of people have admitted that the Worthy Farm bash is the festival they will mist the most with 72% of people saying the atmosphere is what makes it.

In a bid to spread some festival cheer, Uber Eats is offering their Festival Favourites menu in select cities which boasts free delivery.
Festival lovers can choose from Anna Mae’s Mac ‘N’ Cheese, Da Ja Streetfood, Kalimera and Biff’s.
The Festival Favourites menu is available with free delivery in London on 27 – 28 June and Birmingham on 30 June – 1 July.
