Piers Morgan and Joe Wicks have ended their four-year feud after the Good Morning Britain host slammed the fitness guru live on GMB in 2016.
Piers, 55, seems to have changed his tune about Joe, 33, who has been keeping the nation active during coronavirus lockdown with family-friendly daily PE lessons.
Appearing on ITV’s GMB this week, Joe opened up about the impact the pandemic has had on his mental health – and why it inspired him on to keep Britain active.
He explained to Piers and co-star Susanna Reid: “I have days where I wake up feeling low and flat but I always use exercise as a way of lifting my mood, and that’s what this workout is going to do.
“You’re going to walk away from it feeling a little more optimistic, and that’s what we need more than ever right now.”

Piers mentioned their difficult past relationship as he replied: “I’ve given you a hard time before, jokingly, but a hard time – but I have reached a point where I may actually have to join in.”
Joe confessed: “I was surprised, when I see you say something nice about me… You tweeted and said thank you about what I am doing with the NHS stuff, so thanks for the support.
Joe admitted: “I was surprised, when I see you say something nice about me… You tweeted and said thank you about what I am doing with the NHS stuff, so thanks for the support. Piers, get involved.”

Four years ago, Piers left GMB fans raging with his “rude” behaviour towards Joe in an cringey interview.
Father-of-two Joe appeared on the show to promote his new book, but fans claimed Piers “barely let him speak” before quizzing him on his love life.
One particularly awkward moment saw Susanna ask Joe to “sell the benefits” of broccoli to young viewers watching, with Joe attempting to promote the veg in a kid-friendly way.
But Piers quickly interrupted, saying “it was a load of baloney” before snapping: “Don’t touch broccoli, it tastes disgusting. Wait until you’re older and get stuck into chicken nuggets and chips.”

Why would you want kids to eat broccoli seriously? It’s disgusting!”
Joe tried to laugh off the remarks, but Piers the quizzed him on his love life.
The GMB host then ended the interview by tucking into his peanut butter sandwiches live on air, telling Joe to “go home and eat his broccoli”.
Fans were seriously annoyed Joe’s treatment, taking to Twitter to slam the interview at the time – but Piers refused to apologise.
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays on ITV at 6am
