Good Morning Britain star Piers Morgan slammed rapper Wiley today after the performer posted a stream of anti-semitic slurs on social media in a rant that lasted hours last night.
Piers, 55, took to social media to slam the rapper, posting: “Shame on you, Wiley.
You’ve exposed yourself as a disgusting anti-Semitic racist who’s spent the past 24hrs inspiring people to hate Jews & even be violent towards them.”
The TV star also condemned Twitter for not acting against Wiley’s shocking barrage of abuse, saying: “The fact @Twitter has let you do that & continues to let you spew your vile abuse, is equally disgraceful.”
Wiley, real name Richard Cowie, has been dropped by his management team and is being investigated by the police for a number of offensive tweets.

One post read: “I would challenge the whole world of Jewish community on my own I am not scared I can handle them.”
He also posted a video in which he said “crawl out from under your little rocks and defend your Jewish privilege”.
The rapper later sparked outrage as he branded Jewish people “too touchy,” and saying Israel “is not yours.”

He announced today he had been banned temporarily from the social media site, who still haven’t deleted his tweets 12 hours later.
The Campaign Against Antisemitism has now asked police to investigate the content and called for Wiley’s accounts to be shut down “to prevent further outpouring of anti-Jewish venom”.
Among the under-fire tweets, Wiley wrote: “If you work for a company owned by 2 Jewish men and you challenge the Jewish community in anyway of course you will get fired.”
He also said: “Red necks are the KKK and Jewish people are the Law…Work that out.”
Another tweet stated: “In fact there are 2 sets of people who nobody has really wanted to challenge Jewish & KKK but being in business for 20 years you start to understand why.”
