Pink opens up about 'terrifying' coronavirus experience with 3-year-old son

Pink has gone into detail about her experience after she and her young son tested positive for coronavirus.

The 40-year-old singer revealed that her three-year-old son Jameson was the first member of the family to fall ill almost a month ago, displaying symptoms such as a fever, stomach pains, headaches and a sore throat.

However, she went on to say that Jameson has not had a fever for two days.

Pink also said that after contacting her doctor, he said there wasn’t much that could be done other than staying at home.

Speaking on The Ellen DeGeneres Show from her home, Pink said: “We’re doing alright. We’re doing ok this week,

“I don’t even know what day it is but this is a better week than the last previous ones have been for our little household.”

She went on to say: “It was just all over the place,

“Every day was some new symptom and then his fever stayed, it didn’t go, and then it started going up and up and up and at one point he was at 103.”

Shortly after her son began developing symptoms, the Raise Your Glass singer soon fell ill but didn’t think much of it as she didn’t have a temperature.

However, Pink who suffers from asthma knew something was wrong when she woke up and couldn’t breathe causing her to reach for a nebuliser.

Pink came under fire after getting tested for the virus.

“You should be angry that I can get a test and you can’t,

“But being angry at me is not going to help anything, we should work together to try and change that.”

She has since donated $1 million to coronavirus relief funds.
