Adele ‘s former personal trainer Pete Geracimo has claimed that the star’s healthy regime “was never about getting super skinny” as he explained the reason behind her reported seven stone weight loss.
Someone Like You songstress Adele, 32, wowed fans at the weekend with her latest Instagram snap as she showed off her svelte figure and long curled locks.
The star looked amazing as she posed in a printed top in a cute tribute to fellow singing sensation Beyonce.
But what was the reason behind her weight loss?
Former trainer Pete said it wasn’t about being ‘skinny’, and instead was for her son Angelo’s benefit.

In an Instagram post earlier this year, Pete penned: “When Adele and I started our journey together, it was never about getting super skinny. It was about getting her healthy. Especially post pregnancy and post surgery.
“When 25 dropped and the tour was announced, we had to get ready for a 13 month gruelling schedule.
The star has overhauled her look since splitting from husband of eight years Simon Konecki back in April 2019.

The former couple share seven-year-old son Angelo.
Adele first debuted her trim new look last year, after going on The Sirtfood Diet.

This encourages slimmers to eat plant foods such as kale and buckwheat.
She is also thought to have taken up reformer pilates with pal and Robbie Williams’ wife Ayda Field.
Adele is also said to be a fan of Joe Wicks’ high-intensity workout videos.
Well she is certainly looking fabulous, I think we can all agree on that.
