Rio Ferdinand’s son, Tate, has broken his arm for the third time in eight months as the family self-isolate at their luxury home.
The ex-Manchester United ace revealed to his social media followers that Tate, 11, had broken his bone again in such a short period of time.
Rio, Kate, Lorenz, 13, and Tia, eight, have been keeping themselves busy by taking part in The Body Coach Joe Wick’s PE classes each morning.
However, Tate, 11 had to sit the lesson out as he had broken his arm which left him unable to take part in the family exercises.

Sharing a video to her Instagram page captioned: “The Ferdinand Home School Day 3 #stayhome family workout,”
Former TOWIE star Kate, 28, said: “yeah, one of them’s broken their arm.”
Before Rio added: “Third break in eight months.”

Despite not being able to take part in the main exercise, he still took part and exercised on the treadmill.
Kate and Rio told their millions of Instagram followers during an Instagram Live session that taking part in group exercise was helping to keep good energy in the family home.
Rio said: “We’re doing it (workouts) with our boys because they’re lunatics,”
The loved up couple went on to reveal how they’re attempting to get the children to do their homework while they’re not at school as the coronavirus pandemic continues to sweep across the country.
Kate said that Rio could be “strict” but the footballing legend went on to defend his parenting skills.
“I have to be strict, so they know!” added Rio.
Before Kate interrupted with: “I am stricter. I’m the strict one guys but he’s the louder one.”
