Rob Kardashian's weight loss secrets after KUWTK star's surprise re-appearance

Rob Kardashian’s weight loss secrets have been revealed after the star shocked fans when he appeared looking noticeably slimmer recently.

The 33-year-old, who used to star on Keeping Up With The Kardashians with his famous family, stepped back from the limelight a few years ago and has been keeping his life more private ever since.

But Rob re-appeared at his sister Khloe Kardashian’s recent 36th birthday bash as the family got stuck after months of being apart due to the coronavirus pandemic.

In photos from the day, Rob posed next to his sisters including Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, looking slimmer.

Fans have been wondering how he shedded the pounds and it appears its thanks to his three-year-old daughter Dream.

A source told US Weekly: “Rob has been going on tons of walks and he’s a very active parent.

“He’s in a good mental state. The combo of all those things and time has really paid off with his fitness and his body.”

The source added: “He’s really focused on being a parent, he lives for Dream and that keeps him in a good place.”

In one photo, Rob looked happier than ever as he grinned from ear-to-ear while hugging oldest sister Kourtney Kardashian, 41.

He also made a rare appearance in other photos including with Scott Disick, Canadian sports hunk Tristan Thompson, and Instagram star Savas Oguz.

He said during a heartbreaking scene with his family: “I’m sad. I don’t want to even sit down because of how fat I am. I just don’t know what to do.”
