Jessica must undergo three more surgical procedures to complete her transition, which has so far cost thousands of pounds.

The star has had her Adam’s apple and six pack removed, face feminisation surgery and female hormones.

Jessica underwent breast enlargement surgery at £25,000 and a set of injections in her knees, hips and feet over a five-day period in Brazil set her back £35,000.

She said: “I still need two or three surgeries to complete my transition.

“Then I swear for good, I’m done with plastic surgery. There is only so much one can take.

“Every time I go to surgery, it’s scary, it’s to be the person I am. I have to go through all that.”

Jessica revealed she has lost friends following her transition despite having a supportive family,

The TV star opened up about her plans to have a baby in the future

She said: “My friends, I assumed were like very good friends, they are not friends anymore.

“A lot of my friends can’t relate to the new me which I respect. I’m not going to force anyone to be my friend.”

It was a photoshoot symbolising her “rebirth” as a transgender woman in January which revealed Jessica’s desire to become a woman.

She showed off her new look while wearing a pink semi-sheer embellished bodystocking which showed off her figure in all its glory.

Jessica told Eamonn and Ruth she has lost friends following her transition

Jessica told MailOnline in January: ‘It’s God’s will for me to be female.

“I feel like he wanted to use me as an instrument to teach others about being trans.”

She said: ‘When I was little, I loved dolls and dresses and I felt like I was a little girl, but I had no idea what being transgender meant.

‘Now it’s something that is much more understood. I spent thousands on having fake abs and biceps, but I felt like a failure as a man, It wasn’t who I was meant to be.’
