Russell Howard left Good Morning Britain viewers gobsmacked after he was caught swigging on a can of cider at 9.15am.
The comedian sipped on the drink during an interview with Lorraine Kelly on the ITV show today.
Russell, 40, told viewers he had to miss out on his brother’s stag do due to the coronavirus pandemic.
However, he celebrated the special occasion from his home in Bath instead as he cracked open a can during the chat with Lorraine, 60.
GMB viewers were left in stitches over the moment.

Russell later took to Instagram to address the funny moment.
He commented: “For all the people wondering why I was knocking back cider on breakfast tv. It was my meant to be my brothers stag do today so I was dared into it.
“I couldn’t let him down!”
