The TV personality previously opened up about her decision to have a home birth in an interview with Hello! Magazine.

While the newsreader had formerly arranged to give birth in London’s St Thomas’ Hospital, they changed their plans after learning that Ben wouldn’t be able to accompany her in the ward due to coronavirus restrictions.

Adapting to the coronavirus guidelines, Sarah-Jane and hubby-to-be Ben decided it would be safer to stay at home during the delivery.

She told Hello! “I have been very open in the past about not wanting to have children on my own; I only wanted to have them with someone but I had not met that person.

“It wasn’t until I met Ben that I thought he was completely the person I want to have children with. It was an absolute no-brainer.”
