The Chase fans distracted as 'hottest contestant ever' appears on show

The Chase fans couldn’t take their eyes off one contestant tonight, when Welsh hunk John came into the studio.

Trying his best to take home some cash, the blonde beefcake went up against Paul Sinha.

Racking up a tidy £3,000 in the cash builder round, he managed to make it through to the final.

However, despite the excellent game-playing on their screens, The Chase fans were distracted by John’s appearance.

Taking to Twitter, viewers revealed they were smitten by John’s good looks, making it clear their mind had wandered from the quiz.

One gushed: “Well done John you absolute sex pot.”

A second swooned: “John’s devilishly handsomeness is somewhat offensive and also commendable!”

Viewers were left smitten by John’s “handsome” good looks

“I’m not even a lady and my ovaries are melting for John,” added a third.

While a fourth chimed: “Well holy f*** John is the fittest I’ve seen on here…”

John’s dashing good looks didn’t go unnoticed in the studio, as Chaser Paul paid him a compliment after the second round.

He said: “There’s a bit of Twitter love for you now – and not just your looks!”

Bradley joked that he used to look like today’s contestant John in his youth

Meanwhile, Bradley feigned jealousy, as he pulled John into a hug and patted him on the back.

He remarked: “Just to tell you son, I used to look like you.”

John returned to the panel, where the two remaining contestants – both women – were seated.

Upon his return, they hurried to give John a cuddle, ushering words of congratulations.

Looking on from the sidelines, Bradley joked: “It’s like being in a cage with the cougars of cougarville!”

Signalling an ad-break, he added: “By the time you come back he won’t have any clothes on…”

The Chase airs on weekdays at 5pm on ITV.
