The Chase made headlines recently after the show seemingly ‘predicted’ the current coronavirus pandemic.

In yesterday’s pre-recorded episode, one question included a familiar slogan which related to the current lockdown.

The question was: “World War Two railway posters asked Is your journey really… what?”

The answer was ‘necessary’ which left fans aghast as this was certainly an apt message given the current Covid-19 self-isolation rules.

Viewers adored Karen’s blonde and pink locks

One said: “Necessary! Does that sound familiar?”

A second added: “Is your journey really necessary… how apt.”

“Should use that slogan now. How apt.” typed a fourth gobsmacked viewer.

While a fifth tweeted: “Wow at this question…lockdown.”

The Chase continues tomorrow at 5pm on ITV
