The Chase's Paul Sinha says 'f*** Parkinson's' as he impresses with hula hooping

The Chase star Paul Sinha has impressed his followers with a video of him doing a hula hoop work out in his garden.

The Sinnerman showed off his impressive skills, keeping the hula hoop spinning around his waist under the beating sun – and despite his Parkinson’s disease diagnosis.

Paul can be heard saying he had “never been able to do this before”, until he lets the hoop drop and throws his hands up into the air in celebration.

He captioned the shot – which has been viewed more than 65,000 times – with: “F*** Parkinson’s.”

The brainiac’s 151,800 Twitter followers were loving the video, rushing to say well done to the ITV star.

One said: “Wow. No1, well done on keeping it going for so long and No2, you look like you have lost a lot of weight.”

Another joked: “You’re obviously on Duracell batteries Paul.”

A third urged: “Bless you hun don’t let it beat you Paul.”

Someone else wrote: “You can do that a lot longer than I can, Paul, and I don’t have Parkinson’s. You’re doing great.”

Meanwhile some other followers nicknamed him “the Spinnerman” – a play on his Chase alter-ego.

Paul revealed his Parkinson’s diagnosis back in June last year.

He announced it in a blog post, sharing it in a tweet which read: “I will fight this with every breath I have.”

Earlier this year, Paul shared that he believed he had caught coronavirus too.

He wrote in March: “Although I can’t be sure and I can’t be tested it seems likely I have coronavirus.

“Started social distancing a few days too late.”

He joked: “Anyone upsets me; I’ll be around to sneeze in your home.”

However it appears he has got past the potential diagnosis now, and regularly shares interesting facts throughout the day on his Twitter feed.

The Chase airs weekdays at 5pm on ITV
