The Chase ‘s opened up about his Parkinson’s disease diagnosis on Loose Women today.
The Chaser, known as The Sinnerman on the ITV show, said he is coping with the condition as best as he can.
Parkinson’s disease is a progressive nervous system disorder that affects movement.
Symptoms start gradually, sometimes starting with a barely noticeable tremor in just one hand. Tremors are common, but the disorder also commonly causes stiffness or slowing of movement.
Talking to the ITV panel today, Paul said he tries his best to be positive as it helps him cope with his condition.

He commented: “I deal with it the best I can. I try to enjoy live and prove it’s worth living.”
Paul said he considers himself “lucky” as he gets to do his dream jobs on The Chase and as a comedian.
He added: “I’m just unlucky in one area of his life.”

Paul said his medication can sometimes cause mood swings and tiredness.
He also said he worries about the affect it may have on his brain, although he said it is working fine right now.
The star said he likes to live in the moment and only think about the present.
He commented: “I wanted to make the most of what I have now.”
Paul said husband Oliver Levy has been supporting him through his medical issues calling him his “rock”.
The pair married back in December last year after June announced his diagnosis in June 2019.
