This Morning aired a segment today about how to freeze sandwiches in order to save time during the week.
However, many viewers were perplexed as they believed it was just as much hassle to freeze the sarnie.
Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford discussed the ways in which to freeze lunches with a guest, but fans of the show were not convinced.
One said: “This item about lunchbox hacks is just sandwich filling airtime.”
While another wrote: “Why would anyone freeze a b****y sandwich, that’s why we make sandwiches because they are quick and easy to do.”
A third added: “Are they ACTUALLY doing an item on how to make a sandwich?”

“How to make and freeze a sandwich. They must think we’re all complete and utter simpletons”, penned a fourth.
Also during Thursday’s This Morning, Eamonn was forced to step in after a guest swore live on air.
Chef and restaurant owner Mark Hix was talking about how his business suffered devastating effects due to the coronavirus pandemic.

He was telling Eamonn and Ruth about his new venture involving food trucks when he proceeded to swear live on air.
The chef remarked: “I thought ‘oh s***'”, not realising he wasn’t allowed to use bad language on the morning programme.
Eamonn quickly interrupted the guest, seemingly flustered after the s-bomb was dopped for the second time this week.

He said: “Just before we get closed down as well, I just have to say there are some words you’re not allowed to use on daytime television.
“I understand this is emotional for you, but we apologise for that.”
The chef began the interview by exclaiming he was enjoying a bloody mary, which he sipped throughout their chat.
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV
