TOWIE star Fran Parman shared an update with fans this week, showcasing her slim physique after vowing to revamp her lifestyle.
The 29-year-old, who returned to TOWIE earlier this month, admitted to gaining three stone during the lockdown while caring for her elderly grandfather.
Having reached 12 stone, Fran decided to embark on a “weight loss journey,” in a bid to feel more confident in herself after struggling with her body image.
After months of hard work, the Essex beauty is feeling more like herself, documenting her achievement in her latest Instagram post.
The reality star could be seen perched on a gold crushed-velvet armchair, her toned legs on full display as she pouted at the lens.
Wearing a white sheer lace bra, Fran’s dress – which was designed in a denim belted style – slipped off her shoulders, falling to her waist.

Playing with her brunette tresses as she posed, her eyes were lined with fluttery lashes, with peach gloss frosting her lips.
In her caption, Fran opened up about her decision to focus on her health, urging her fans to be patient with their own fitness journeys.
She said: “Starting to feel like my old self again, still a little way to go but I remind myself & so should you, anyone who’s on a weight loss journey, this is a marathon not a sprint, these things take time so don’t beat yourself up if you don’t get results straight away, you will get there and don’t give up.”
Motivating those facing similar struggles, she added: “You got this.”

The comment section below was awash with compliments, as her fans both praised her progress, and let Fran know she was beautiful at any size.

Fran discussed her battle with her weight in an interview with The Sun Online earlier this year, revealing she had received cruel messages from online trolls over her figure.

The brunette bombshell – who was formerly in a relationship with TOWIE star Diags – said: “I was shocked. I thought people were starting to realise there’s no need to be nasty. You don’t gain anything from being a mean person.
“I have put on weight during lockdown and I am doing something about it.”
She added: “But reading that abuse was awful. I am thick-skinned so I can take it but if it was another young girl being trolled this way, God knows what she would do.”
Hopefully, Fran’s decision to bravely speak out against online abuse will help in the greater fight against trolling.
