TOWIE star Fran Parman has vowed to lose weight after she was targeted by cruel trolls as she returned to film scenes for the ITVBe show for the first time in two years.
The 29-year-old reality star took to her Instagram page yesterday to directly confront her critics in a video clip telling them that coronavirus lockdown had hit her hard and stopped her from exercising.
Addressing the body shamers who called her “bloated and unhealthy”, an emotional Fran said: “Yeah I am bloated, do you know why? Because it’s that time of the month.
“And also corona. It hit me hard. It really hit me hard. I didn’t know what to do with myself.
“I don’t like working out indoors. It’s too small, too sweaty. I’m currently looking after my granddad because he’s very, very poorly.”

The brunette bombshell admitted she wants to lose weight and encouraged her 249,000 followers to join her on her journey to beat the bullies.
Tackling the mean comments head on, Fran continued: “So I’ve put on a bit of weight. So what.
“Do you know what? I’m gonna take this with a pinch of salt and I’m gonna show you I can lose the weight.
“People get hatred on Instagram comments but online it’s really nasty things people are writing. It shouldn’t be OK.

“If anyone else gets this nastiness, just take it with a pinch of salt.
“They must be really sad with their lives and really insecure to go out their way and write this s**t about me.”
Sharing her surprise that her current look proved to be such a talking point, she went on: “I didn’t think nothing of it. I’ve put on a few dress sizes what’s the problem?
“I’m not happy being this size. I can’t fit into my clothes. But that is my goal. I’m going to do it now and fit into them.

“A lot of years I used to be so upset about my weight. I had ex-boyfriends being really nasty about my weight. I was tiny but they used to turn around and call me fat. It was mental.
“My point is don’t beat yourself up if you get hate.”
Fran’s famous friends rushed to show her some love and support after she shared the heartbreaking video.
Love Island’s Fran Allen penned: “So well said everything you said is the truth.”

Fran last appeared on screen when she confronted Diags on BBC show Eating With My Ex.
