With the UK currently in lockdown due to Covid-19, and with Brits urged to stay inside in order to stop the spread of the life-threatening virus, many have taken their workouts indoors.
Sticking to her wellness routine, X Factor’s Louisa Johnson showed off her flexibility in a sizzling video posted to her Instagram.
Sporting a pair of high-waisted blue leggings co-ordinated with a baggy tee, the star performed a variety of yoga poses as part of her morning stretch routine.
Captured in the sunshine, the Tears hitmaker rolled out her gym mat in order to show off her suppleness and gym-honed physique.

Pulling her blonde tresses into a high ponytail, the beauty rocked a makeup-free face as she practised a variety of stances including downward dog, the lotus position, and the resting pose, Balasana.
She captioned the post: “I definitely don’t stretch as much as I should but oh it makes me feel so good! Morning people!”
And her following was clearly impressed with her moves as they quickly rushed to the comment section.

Louisa, who won X Factor in 2015, has admitted it’s a good thing the show is having a rest for a year in order for Simon Cowell to rejig the format.
With ratings at an all-time low, the music mogul decided to put the ITV show on a hiatus, and Louisa agreed.
“I mean I love the show, I’ve always loved the show, it was the whole reason I wanted to go on it, but I think it’s always good to freshen things up a little bit so it’s what you gotta do so why not,” she told Mail Online.
