A Place in the Sun host Laura Hamilton has apologised to fans for bringing up the her guest’s tight budget in an Instagram video.
The veteran presenter has been filming the new series with her house hunters in the region of Benalmádena in southern Costa Del Sol, Spain this.
On Monday (July 21), she took to Instagram to call her clients’ limited budget of £80,000 “madness” as they viewed a three-bedroom apartment.
But she has since been forced to apologise after being hit with backlash.
In her new video, she explains: “Now if anyone knows property prices on the Costa del Sol, they will know £80,000 is a difficult budget and my house hunters are aware of that, they say that on camera.
“And we actually always say that to people, especially if you watch the show, that we give people a reality check of what they might expect to get.”
Donning a square-framed sunglasses, she continues: “Someone sent me a message and told me I wasn’t very nice to be telling people that it’s a small budget.
“So I’m sorry if I offended anyone, but I didn’t say anything that isn’t true and my house hunters aren’t at all offended.”
While filming for the brand new series, Laura also took the chance to soak up the Spanish sun and stripped down to a sexy swimsuit with very, plunging V-line.
Her fans loved the snaps and commented on her post with fire emojis.
In another pic, she shows off her amazing summer wardrobe as she dons a huge sombrero and jewellery set to go with a floral one-piece swimsuit.
One viewer commented with a heart emoji: “Golden hour with the golden figure.”
While another said: “Laura you have a BANGING BOD Madame!”
