The BGT judge wanted to inspire her fans to get outside and grab some fresh air if given the chance.
Amanda reminded her admirers that only 36 minutes per day devoted to fitness was needed to aid with her own mental health.

To mark her husband’s 68 birthday, Amanda took to social media two days ago with a gushy tribute post for her man.
In the sweet throwback snap, the TV star and Chris looked very loved up as they smiled for the camera while on what appeared to be a speedboat at sea.
The twosome were glowing as they beamed at the camera while creating waves in the ocean.
