Amanda Holden doesn’t hold back when it comes to getting jiggy.
And now she’s been opening up about her sex life and even sharing sex tips with Alison Hammond.
The pair are both panelists on brand new BBC game show I Can See Your Voice, which is set to air on BBC One on. Saturday.
Known for her racy outfits on Britain’s Got Talent, Amanda has never been shy about discussing her bedroom antics.
“She taught me how to show a bit more leg sitting down, how to edge the skirt up a little bit,” Alison said of Amanda.
The 50-year-old has “taught [Alison] about sex appeal.”
And apparently naked trampolining might be the way forward, as when Amanda’s hubby Chris Hughes dared her to bounce naked on their daughters’ trampoline in the back garden, she was instantly up for it.
“I would encourage anyone at home to strip off and have a cheeky bounce,” Amanda said.
Amanda has also admitted to cooking in the buff, even dishing up a roast dinner for the family starkers.
She said her family are “used to it”.
“It’s absolutely par for the course for me to be walking around with no clothes on in our house,” Amanda added.
“I was quite literally the Naked Chef. I got out of the shower, realised I was running late to get everything on the table so I didn’t bother to get dressed.”
She said it definitely made the cooking “more interesting”.
Amanda recently found herself in hot water while filming for I Can See Your Voice after show bosses had to warn her to close her legs.
Alison Hammond told Notebook Magazine: “She kept getting in trouble for opening her legs. They had to keep saying ‘Amanda, keep your legs shut!’
“That really tickled me.”
And the TV personality – known for her risqué outfits which have attracted numerous Ofcom complaints over the years – opened up about the “primal sex” she has with hubby Chris.
