Archie Lyndhurst’s inquest has now been thrown out after the investigation into his sudden death was discontinued.
It was confirmed that the 19-year-old son of Only Fools and Horses star Nicholas, had passed away after suffering from a “short illness”.
The CBBC actor, was found dead at his family home in Fulham, London, with his death treated as “unexplained but not suspicious” by the authorities.
On September 22, police and an ambulance were called to a “report of a concern for welfare” and Archie was later declared dead at the scene.
Police later passed the file to a West London coroner to open up an inquest into his death.

West London’s Coroners told the publication: “The Coroner’s investigation into Archie’s death has been discontinued and no inquest will be required.”
The Daily Star has reached out to Nicholas Lyndhurst’s representatives for further comment.
Back in November, Archie’s devastated mum Lucy Smith begged for answers sharing a tearful post devoted to her late son, later explaining her grief saying she “had never experienced pain like it”.
In the update, Lucy said to her Instagram followers that she still didn’t have any answer as to what happened to her son.
Alongside some loving family pictures and fond memories, Lucy penned: “It is with the heaviest heart that I write this post.

“Nine weeks ago our dearest boy Archie was taken from us way too early.”
The devastated mum added: “We still have no answer as to what happened but wait patiently for the report to be written up in the next 10 weeks.
“The pain of our loss is beyond anything we have ever felt before, and wouldn’t wish upon anyone.”
She continued: “Archie was, and remains our absolute world. He was the most beautiful extraordinary human being we have ever known.
“To have him as our son has been nothing but an utter joy and honour. Tonight at 6pm Nick and I shall be with him in a tiny chapel to send him on the first part of his next journey.”
