The Blink-182 star updated fans this week after his cancer diagnosis nightmare and shared an update with his 2.7 million supporters.
It comes after the frontman revealed in June that he has been undergoing chemotherapy since March.
Fans were devastated to hear his news, and Mark, 49, has been asking for their positive thoughts.
At the weekend he wrote about how crucial the next tests are for him.
He wrote on Twitter: “Apologies if I’m oversharing but it’s so surreal to think that this week I’ll take a test that may very well determine if I live or die.
“Thanks to everyone for the positive thoughts and encouragement. I read all your replies and it means the world to me. Thank you.”
The ‘What’s My Age Again’ singer has also been sharing pics from his journey, being as open as possible to bravely raise awareness.
Accompanying his emotional message, he added an x-ray image showing what appeared to be a growth within a circle.
He also penned a message of hope.
Mark wrote: ‘”I’m going to beat this through chemotherapy or through bone marrow transplants, but either way I’m determined to kick cancer’s a** directly in the nuts. Love to you all. Let’s. Heckin. Go.”
He also shared an updated picture of him, as the side effects of chemotherapy have led to the loss if his hair.
Mark wore a black ‘Los Angeles -vs- Everybody’ T-shirt with black shorts, as well the essential rockstar black sunglasses.
“The Cancer Haver wishes you all a very happy Fourth of July weekend,” he wrote, with his typical humour.
The bassist is currently housebound due to his compromised immune system.
He shared: “I had a decent breakfast, and I haven’t felt like I was going to throw up today, so we’ll take it as a win.
“I’ve actually, like, watched movies and walked around and cleaned the house and hung out with my dogs,” he added.
“Then I didn’t just feel like a poisoned electrified zombie leaned up against an electric fence like I did the rest, the past couple of rounds.”
Fans are hoping and praying the star gets better, and that the test will have good news.
