Bobby Norris joins Daily Star's Facebook Live after becoming Covid vaccinator

TOWIE star Bobby Norris will be joining Daily Star live on Facebook to delve into all the details of his decision to become a Covid vaccinator.

The 34-year-old recently changed careers and is now working on the NHS frontline in a bid to stop the spread of the coronavirus.

Now a qualified trained jab administer and trained by St John’s Ambulance, Bobby is about to start volunteering in support of key workers.

Bobby decided to put his free time to good use and wanted to utilise his skills for the greater good.

He said: “With so much time on my hands, I have felt useless and wished there was more I could do.

“So I am trying to do my bit. I can’t wait to get going.

“I want to get as many vaccines into people’s arms as possible. It’s about taking a bit of pressure off the NHS.

“I always try to use my platform for good. I want to spread the word that you can volunteer.

“There are so many roles you can do.”

When speaking to Daily Star Bobby took particular aim at social media influencers who had been lapping up the sun whilst working abroad in Dubai during the pandemic.

He felt as though many stars in question were giving off a bad impression for all reality stars which helped spur on his decision to use his platform in a different way.

The former TV star added: “So many reality stars from TOWIE and Love Island have gone to Dubai and the Caribbean and the public see it plastered all over social media.

“But there is no appetite to be seeing people at pool parties, so all reality stars are being tarred with that brush.

“It has created negativity towards us. We’d all love a little holiday. But most of us aren’t going.”

Bobby remains determined to use his fame for good and joins Daily Star this week to discuss his views.

Tune in on February 11 for the live interview on Daily Star’sFacebookpage.
