Britney Spears says she 'quits music' in scathing rant about her family

Britny Spears vows she’s now “quit” music during a scathing rant about her family online.

The pop star slammed her sister and other family members and said the conservatorship she is under “killed her dreams”.

The Toxic hitmaker told haters on social media to “go f**k themselves” in a wild message on Instagram.

The fiery message for select members of her family was aimed at those who “ruined her life”, she said.

The 29-year-old shared an image on Saturday which read: “Take me as I am or kiss my a**, eat s**t, and step on legos.”

In a lengthy caption to the quote, she said: “For those of you who choose to criticize my dancing videos, look I’m not gonna be performing on any stages anytime soon with my dad handling what I wear, say, do, or think!

“I’ve done that for the past 13 years… I’d much rather share videos YES from my living room instead of onstage in Vegas where some people were so far gone they couldn’t even shake my hand.

“And I ended up getting a contact high from weed all the time… Which I didn’t mind but it would have been nice to be able to go to the mother f**king spa!”

She went on to say she will “NOT put on heavy makeup” and “try try try on stage again”.

She added: “So, I quit”.

The performer hasn’t sung live on stage since 2018.

The Circus singer slammed younger sibling, Jamie Lynn, in an angry rant after fans blasted the younger Spears sister on social media following her conservatorship hearings in court.

The mum-of-two said: “I don’t like that my sister showed up at an awards show and performed MY SONGS to remixes!!!!! My so-called support system hurt me deeply!

“This conservatorship killed my dreams … so all I have is hope and hope is the only thing in this world that is very hard to kill… yet people still try!”

Documentaries of the star’s battle for control of her life have caused the FreeBritney movement to skyrocket even further, with devoted fans attending rallies outside court hearings in support of the star.

However, Britney herself has never stood by the shows and said they brought up “humiliating moments” of her life.

In one last blast on social media, the star told fans who mocked her belief in hope and fairy tale endings to “go f**k yourself”.
