Carol Vorderman wows in skintight leggings after racy pole dancing admission

Carol Vorderman wrapped up to conquer the cold this week, taking to Instagram to show off her glamorous winter wardrobe.

The former Countdown presenter, 60, donned a sophisticated pair of black high-waisted leggings, showing off her toned pins.

On top, Carol bundled up in a black and white stripe-sleeved jumper, which tucked in at the waist.

Striking a pose in the mirror, Carol tilted her head to one side to show off her new haircut, which features chocolate brown layers and a sweeping fringe.

Determined to stay cosy despite the winter chill, she wrote: “Ooh it was cold this morning… #warmclothes.”

Braving the plummeting temperatures, Carol later headed out for a stroll near her home in Bristol, with frost coating the ground as she walked.

Trekking through the city’s hills, she made it to the Clifton suspension bridge, where she soaked up the view after the exhausting climb.

While Carol is a proud hiker, the mum-of-two is hoping to master a new form of exercise this year – pole dancing.

Speaking on BBC Radio Wales this week, the Welsh starlet outlined her New Year’s resolutions, planning to keep in shape with the complicated dance regime.

Chatting to her co-host Nathan Sussex, Carol praised the health benefits of pole dancing – leaving her colleague a little surprised.

She said: “And then, in terms of athleticism, which I’ve never really had, I’m going to learn pole dancing.”

Nathan then jokingly remarked: “Well have you ever. My sherry has gone everywhere!”

Pointing out pole dancing is officially an Olympic sport, Carol made it clear she had done her research into the athletic pursuit.

“But it is going to be a sport in the Olympics,” she added, to which her co-host then replied: “You heard it here first… Look out 2021, that’s all I can say.”

Pole dancing aside, Carol has also vowed to improve her flying skills and to host more poker parties as her resolutions for 2021.
