Charlotte Dawson has revealed her incredible weight loss three months into her new fitness routine after her diabetes scare.
The 28-year-old shared a hilarious video of herself as she danced around her living room in her gym gear following her lifestyle change earlier this year.
The mum-of-one recreated the hilarious dance with a split-screen video which highlighted her slimmer frame compared to her clip from July, which she shared with her 1.3 million followers on Instagram.
The star could be seen doing sit-ups on the carpet in front of her ginormous TV and built-in fireplace as she proudly showcased her fitter, more energetic self online.
It comes after the yummy mummy was diagnosed with gestational diabetes while she was pregnant with her son.
But when the doctors informed her how she was close to being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes after she gave birth, the star decided it was time to turn her life around for her family.
Charlotte’s father, comedian Les Dawson, passed away suddenly at the age of 62 also suffered from diabetes while he was alive.
She captioned the post: “Still not the best at sit-ups like but I’m feeling proud of myself … I never thought I could change my lifestyle & my food to help me with my diabetes scare … but here I am!!!
“I canny believe I’m actually exercising now & enjoying it! I used to hate it. I get asked so much about how I’ve changed everything around, shall I make an insta for you for you all & join me on chazzas journey??
“A little less chunkeh but always funkeh but as long as I’m bettering my life for Noah, Matthew & my fambo then I’m happeh.”
Back in July, Charlotte shared her concerning medical warning with her loyal legion of fans in order to help others who were going through a similar situation.
As she broke down in tears, the online influencer recorded the life-changing moment which she captioned: “They’ve said obviously they need to keep a check on me now cause of my family history and everything.
“So yeah, I’ve got to change my diet completely. I’ve gone through all this gestational diabetes and then now I’ve got to completely change my diet again because they are saying if I don’t clean my diet up I’m going to be on insulin because my blood sugar is that bad.”
