Christopher Biggins was stunned when an excited fan fondled his tackle – in a care home
The TV comedy legend had agreed to put on a show for the elderly residents.
While most of the audience rolled around laughing, one woman in the front row appeared unmoved.
Frustrated Biggins, 72, flashed her a smile in the hope of winning her over and she got up and walked towards him.
He said: “I thought she was going to say: ‘Hello, how are you? Thanks for coming.’
“But no words were spoken.
“Instead she simply grabbed my private parts and tugged at them.
“Then she went and sat down and that was it! Every-one, including all the nurses and doctors, were on the floor laughing.
“I just couldn’t believe it. It was absolutely extraordinary.
“Nothing more was said from her. At the end of the sing- song she went to her room and that was it.’’
Biggins, who won I’m A Celebrity in 2007, said the show was a standout moment despite his career of dozens of panto appearances and telly roles in shows such as Porridge.
He added: “I was shocked but I was also amused because it came from nowhere.’’
Talking last year about his time a King of the Jungle, Biggins admitted he wouldn’t have agreed to the show if he had to go to Wales like the 2020 series.
“I am so pleased I didn’t go to Wales because I would have hated it because it was so cold,” he told CelebMix.
“It was really good, but it was good because Ant and Dec are just brilliant and wonderful to watch and they are very funny.
“I loved going to Australia so it was very special, but Wales was very different.”
