Corrie's Helen Flanagan gives birth to baby boy with fiancé Scott Sinclair

Helen Flanagan and her fiancé Scott Sinclair have welcomed their third child, bringing an adorable baby boy into their family.

The 30-year-old Coronation Street actress already has two daughters with footballer Scott, five-year-old Matilda and two-year-old Delilah.

Proud parents Helen and Scott have decided to name their son Charlie, revealing the tot was born in the early in the day on Thursday.

Scott announced the arrival of their little one on Instagram, admitting Charlie’s birth was all the more special as it coincided with his own birthday.

He said: “I couldn’t ask for a better gift on my Birthday, what a blessing!!!

“Welcome to the world son. Charlie Scott Sinclair 25/03/21.”

The football star also shared a picture of Helen and their newborn son, with little Charlie’s head tucked under a towel as he rested on his mum’s chest.

Helen’s onscreen sister on Coronation Street, Sophie Webster actress Brooke Vincent, was one of the first to comment, expressing her delight in the happy news.

“A boy,” Brooke wrote, adding: “CONGRATULATIONS to you both!!!!!!”

Scott’s teammates at Preston North End also flooded the comment section, sending their wishes to the chuffed couple.

Helen’s third pregnancy has been such an ordeal that the former Coronation Street star has decided it has to be her last.

“I always really wanted four children, but after the hyperemesis this time, I could never go through it again,” Helen said in a recent interview with Fabulous.

“So the decision about having more children after this one has been taken out of my hands, really.”

“It’s funny, I always thought if I knew I was carrying my last baby I would feel really sad about it, but because of what happened, I don’t see it like that. I see it as a positive decision and one I’m completely happy with,” she added.

Helen rose to fame playing Rosie Webster on Coronation Street, first landing the role back in 2000 when she was just 10 years old.

Leaving the cobbles behind to go on maternity leave in 2018, Helen hasn’t returned to the acting world since, instead spending quality time with her growing family.

During the lockdown, Helen admitted she was struggling with homeschooling, caring for two small children full-time as well as juggling their schoolwork.

Chatting into the camera while out on a walk last May, she confessed: “I don’t think there isn’t one mum that isn’t finding this at times really quite hard.

“Especially I find it quite hard with the whole homeschooling thing.”

Months later, in September, Helen announced she was expecting her third child, posing for a sweet family photograph with their ultrasound in-hand.

Congratulations Helen and Scott!
