Proud dad and EastEnders star Jake Wood has left fans stunned by posting a sneak peek into his lookalike daughter’s modelling snaps.
The soap star, best known for his portrayal of Max Branning in the BBC soap, rarely gives fans an insight into his personal life, so his 180,000 Instagram followers were suitably stunned by the incredible photos.
In one, Jake’s daughter Amber is cast in monochrome lighting as she pout at the camera in dark lipstick, with her blonde hair arranged artfully to frame her face.
And in another full-colour picture, Amber can be seen wearing bright scarlet lipstick with dark eye makeup as she gazes up at the lens from beneath her blonde fringe.
Jake wrote alongside the incredible photos: “My daughter @amberbowood’s latest photoshoot.”
Fans flocked to the comments section to point out the uncanny family resemblance between the pair, with one writing: “She’s the double of you! Gorgeous!”
Another added: “How sweet, she’s gorgeous just like her dad & mum.”
“She’s got those Max Branning eyes!” someone else pointed out, as a fourth penned: “She’s the image of you x.”
Jake initially revealed that his daughter fancied becoming a model back in 2019, when he discussed the then-14-year-old.
“My daughter Amber Bo wants to model,” Jake posted to social media. “Thank goodness she takes after her mum.”
Amber and Jake had both tagged Chris Mann Headshots in Amber’s latest snaps, though it isn’t clear whether she is signed to an agency.
Jake shares 16-year-old Amber and 13-year-old son Buster with his wife Alison, who he married in 2011.
It looked like Jake was embracing his own moody modelling side that same day, as he posted a black-and-white selfie of him looking contemplative.
With his rugged facial hair on display, Jake had fans impressed with the hunky headshot – and the inspirational message he penned alongside it.
“Coming from a poor working class background I was never expected to amount to much,” he wrote.
“But at the age of 10 I met the drama teacher Anna Scher and my life changed forever.

The actor continued: “I often wonder what my life would look like now if I had never met Anna and I know it would be very different.
