Emma Bunton didn’t hold back with her thoughts when she explained Mel C had been the “most useless” Spice Girl after she’d become a new mum.
The former girl band member appeared on the BBC Breakfast show on Thursday to discuss her new book – Mumma You Got This.
In the publication, Emma aims to deliver guidance and support to parents who may be struggling at the start.
As the discussion got underway, Charlie couldn’t resist asking a bombshell question about Emma’s four co-stars and how supportive they had been to her during her own journey.
The anchorman asked: “Who was the most useless [Spice Girl] in terms of advice?”
Emma laughed, before responding: “I am going to Mel C was the most useless as she hadn’t had children.
“The others had so they were all really helpful.”
